Ingredients

  • 500 gms paneer


  • 5 nos cashews


  • 5 nos almonds


  • 5 nos pistachios


  • 1 tsp kishmish


  • 2 tsp cornflour


  • 2 tsp maida


  • 1 tsp salt...as taste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp green coriander chopped


  • 5 nos for gravy:fresh tomato big size


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 200 ml amul fresh cream


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste

Directions

  • Maida and cornflour mix kare thora salt dal kar thick batter bana le bina lumps ke.
  • Paneer ke one inch thick square pieces cut kar le .jo side se paneer cutting ka hoga usse alag kar le sharp 🔪 se triangle cut kar le phir triangle piece ko slit kar pocket bana le.
  • Almond,cashew,pista,kishmish ko barik 2 cut kar le usme salt, green coriander and side se cut kiya hua paneer crumble kar mix kare
